Hey guys I'm trying to use this player on my laptop but I lost the CD that the zen came with. I went to creative website and they don't seem to have it available for download there.

So is there anything I can do? I don't even see a phone number on they're website...

Thanks

Update: thehstrybean is making me an image, Thanks everyone for your help especially thestrybean 🙂

Theyre closed :frown: ahhh anyone own this player? maybe you can help me out and send me the cd image or something like that (is there a way to do that?)

Certain downloads, like MediaSource will only install if you have the previous version installed. As for anything you could possibly need to use the player, it is PlayForSure compatible, so you should be able to drag and drop using Windows Explorer or sync using WMP.
