Quick! Ya think a 350w Antec will be enough?

So, will a 350w Antec Basiq PSupply be enough for this system?


ASUS P5N-MX nForce 610i
E6300
2 Gigs GSkill DDR2 800
XFX 9600GT
160GB SATA HDD
Lite-On DVDRW

(No xtra fans, lights or....anything)

thx, I figured as much but the 9600 scared me jst a lil. Most say they req 400watts but this system has so little in it I figured a 350w would be aight.

also... would a 300 watt be good as well? i saw an antec case that has a 300watt psu as well

and op, ya it should work.
using 8800gs with similar stuff inside on earthwatt380 and even with o/c it is working well.
