Quick workout question.

My muscles feel like they are itching on the inside, is that the feeling I should be going for after each workout? Also how long should I wait between sets? I usually wait about 30secs or so.

30 sec may just be a tad too short. I go for 60-90 sec these days.

As for itching on the inside?

Itching shouldn't be good, that's usually a sign of straining a muscle. You should go for a burning and fatiguing sensation.

EDIT: Bah, typos.
