Quick wiring question

Hey all. Thinking of trading a guy for a digital doc 5. Now, it has only 3 pin connectors, whereas all my fans are 4 pin connectors. What is the easiest/cheapest way to connect 4 pin fans to 3 pin connectors? Thanks.
