Installed a touch screen on my HTPC and want to be able to open programs w/ a single touch. I have this set up already for opening folders.

Windows Explorer. Tools, Folder Options. "Click items as follows" section.

hmm weird, had it set already but wasnt working except to open folders, now its working.

Yeah I know, but getting answers anywhere else is impossible most of the time.
