Hello.I am begrudgingly going over to win7 due to my ssd.I have'nt activated this install.I would like to wipe it out now, lol, after going thru the xp upgrade deal with home premium version. As a sidenote, maybe someone can let me know how to get diskpar to actually work now with this user account so i can check my alignment?.The old run as admin thing is not allowing it to work but i thought i read several mentions of this program working with win7...

My real question is can i now reinstall fresh win7 over win7 without it denying my product key?At any point after? activation of said os,can i ever install to a blank drive now?

I did read the entire ms tutorial, and it did not cover such details.I am hoping god mode will help me dislike this os layout less.I am finally,,,,earnestly trying to break from xp with mixed emotions, lol.

Ultimately yes, you can reinstall Win7. Even if it's an OEM version (and hence tied to the same mobo) you can reinstall it as many times as you need on the same machine. However automatic activation may not go through, in which case you would have to phone it in.
