Going to order my memory in a minute and was looking at these 3. If you have another suggestion please share. I do not want to go over 120 shipped. They will be going into an AM3 MB with a 1055t. Thanks!

123 shipped

This G.Skill Kit...
* Company has a great reputation for quality
* Kit is a higher clock speed rating (I mainly use this figure as an indication of module quality)
* Kit has a lower latency rating (I only use this as an indication of module quality)
* Kit is actually rated to operate at a lower voltage than the JEDEC DDR3 standard of 1.5v ±0.075 (Once again I use this factor as an indicator of module quality)

* One negative is that it totals $2.98 over your arbitrary $120 budget
* Another negative is that they don't have the slick looking heatspreaders like the PI series.

went with the Ripjaws.. my DDR2 I am replacing was running at 2.2v, so the Ripjaws will be a step down.

Why did you bother asking then?

Well I asked and read for a couple of hours, no reply here, so I went with the Ripjaws. I appreciate any and all advice I get at AT.

As far as step down, I just meant in the voltage. 2.2v>1.65v

It came down to the ECO vs the Ripjaws. In the end I went with the ripjaws because of the blue sinks.

I just meant it uses less voltage. If there is something I am missing or I am wrong about something, just let me know man. The OCZ DDR2 ran at 2.2v and ran hot. These run at 1.65v, which is a step down from 2.2v. Unless voltage is not the same between DDR2 and DDR3, that is all I meant, but please correct me if I am wrong.

Sorry, I thought you were saying the DDR3 was a step down in performance from the DDR3 because of the voltage difference.
