Quick: Which airport in DC is better, Dulles or National?

I'm going to boston, and on the way back, I have 2 flight options.

1.) go to DCA, 2 hour layover, get home at 9-ish at night
2.) go to IAD, 1 hour layover, get home at 11 at night

bear in mind that on my flight to boston, i stop at DCA.
 
1 hour layover > 2 hour layover regardless. Besides, since you'll be at DCA on the way out you might as well go to IAD on the way back so you can "experience" both.
 
I dont think one is that much better than the other...but I have only been to each one once. But personally, either way, I'd rather get home as early as possible.
