I performed a massive cleanup of spyware and trojans and now the person is getting a C:\CMDHOST.EXE NTVDM CPU has ecountered an illegal instruction error at windows startup.

What the hell is this cmdhost.exe file?

I found no information on this file on google
 
Nevermind, the issue went away with a quick scan of Hijack This!

But still I like to know what the hell that file was?????
