Quick WCPUID question

Just wondering why everytime I run WCPUID it reboots me...? Any suggestions / reasons for this?

Can you run Prime95 or 3dmark2001se/2003 without any reboots?

If so, are you using the latest WCpuId app?

3dmark 01/03 and Memtest were great. I noticed that I ran prime95 and got errors quickly so I put my multi down .5 and am about to try wcpuid again. I am using version 3, if that helps any.

*Update - Still rebooting after 100% stable prime95

Try Aida32 or CPU-Z.

Think theres 3.1a or newer version...
