quick way to keep track of your threads

I don't know if this is possible and I'm very bad at keeping track of some of the threads that I post to. Is there a way that we could quickly bring up a list of all the threads that we posted to in the last couple days? Maybe add it to the Today section? I think we would have to make it an option for those that post a lot. I do use the search for my username but I can be lazy.
Besides that, things are great and I think you should all be commended.

Have you tried subscribing through email to the threads you want to keep track of?

I do for some but I usually turn it off after about 5 emails in an hour regarding a thread. Having it go to PM might be a nice touch. And a lot of times, I simply can't switch over to AT at that moment to check it. The boss asked me the other day how many emails I get a day. I had to turn the audio notice off of the email. Its sad.
Its no biggie but its just an idea.
