Quick Vista program install question

Just installed Vista Ultimate and everything appears to be working but much to learn.

My first task was to install Microsoft FSX Flightsim. For some strange reason the application appeared under the Games category. I ran the program and everything worked fine.

The next day when I looked for the program it no longer appeared in the Games folder nor anywhere in All Programs - what happened??

I later installed Microsoft Office 2003 and I can see all those applications.

Suggestions please.
