I'm thinking about buying a new laptop, and am considering some that only have VGA output. However, my monitor only allows DVI or HDMI input. I know I can buy a cheap adapter to get around this issue, but I'm wondering if image quality will suffer at all (as opposed to a machine that has a DVI/HDMI port). Also, can I output at 1920x1200 with VGA? Thanks!
