i think it's cheaper for me to ship something media mail + DC (at a cost), than priority with free DC

del. conf. can be added to media mail, first class mail, maybe others, not sure. It's definitely not limited to priority though.

well i went to mail the cds from a few ebay auctions i did, and apparently it was cheaper to ship first class + DC than media mail + DC.
