Quick. two day shipping with amazon means i get it friday if i order now?

I don't think so, but if you order it overnight it should arrive Friday morning.

Not necessairly, but very likely. They still have to "handle" (package and process) it but they're very efficient at that.

Edit: Maybe not so likely since you said before 12.
