quick tv question

I just purchased a Panasonic Tau. The tv has been excellent so far except for one thing. I notice two horizontal lines scrolling upwards on the screen. Is this normal or do I have some sort of interference or do I have a bad tv? The lines aren't really noticeable unless I look closely.
