They're typically considered grandpa pants. But on some younger people, they look good. Wear whatever you're comfortable with.

queer eye for the straight guy says, flat front > pleated pants.

Very good! typically, pleated pants make people (both men and women) look frumpy and ususally they are not very becoming, even on the most slender of people!

Very good! typically, pleated pants make people (both men and women) look frumpy and ususally they are not very becoming, even on the most slender of people!

once my more fashion aware relatives told me about this a while back, i began to notice that it does look rather out dated. flat front pants just look cleaner and you look like you are at least slightly aware of the current fashions.

I hate untucked Polo shirts. They go real well with those brown suede shoes and white socks.

Depends on the situation and shirt. At work...always tucked. Outside of work...depends on if the shirt is "cut" to be worn untucked.

Always tuck unless you know for sure it's laid back enough not to, and you can always untuck later on if it seems to be OK to do.

I wore my brown polo shirt w/ my khakis yesterday. Always thought it looked nice, but like the guy above said, wear a nice undershirt. I usually try to stay away from white undershirts personally, looks too plain.

This is why they will not hire you when you are done being an intern.

The rule where I work is: If the bottom of the shirt is straight, then it does not have to be tucked.
