Quick Speed Question

Hello,

Could you please tell me which CPU if faster:

AMD Sempron 2800+ Socket A
Abit VA 20
1Gb Memory

or

Celeron D 2.80Ghz 335
ASRock 775i65G
1Gb Memory

The Sempron is running Windows Home Server, as it runs overnight I am considering changing it with the Celeron. I would like to know which is faster, uses less electricity and produces less heat.

Any help would be great.

Check this Link out from Xbit; it shows the Sempron faster than that Celeron and also runs on less power.
