what's a decent C++ IDE for windows (NOT M$ Visual C++) that can use the gcc C++ compiler? Or is there one?

Borland/Watcom both have IDEs

I liked Watcom because I could assign different editors/compilers if I chose.
Every compiler vendor wants you to use their compiler becuase they can hook you on non-standard items.

Take a quick browse through some S/W developer mags to see if some-one else has IDEs taht do not lock you into their compiler.
