No, build it yourself I think you can do better that way. It is fun and with some decent deals you can build the same system for less. If you don't want to build I guess it isnt a bad deal.

It looks good except integrated video. I agree with BG4533, you could build a better system with that amount of money.
 
A quick look at the Sunday newspaper ads and Pricewatch suggest that you could buy the parts for about $100 less than that rig after some rebates. Did you also notice that there seems to be no mention of an os included?
