Quick SATA Question

I have an Abit NF7-S currently running with a 36.7GB Raptor and Windows XP Pro. When I installed the Raptor I had to put a floppy in for installing XP for SATA drivers. I just bought a 250GB SATA drive, it will be the storage drive. Will I need to use a floppy drive again or no?
