Quick SATA HDD Power connector question

Putting together my new system and it occurs to me, I'm not sure I've ever actually used a SATA power connector.

On my new Enermax Liberty it has cables that have both regular 4-pin Molex connectors and these flat connectors that look like longer SATA connectors - do I just use that? If I use that do I also need to use the 4-pin molex connector? (the drive I have has both a molex power plug and the longer SATA plug.

Only use one of the two, doesn't matter which. Yes the thin wide connectors are power.

Just use the SATA flat connectors.
