Quick resumé protocol question

I'm updating my resumé since my current contract will end in about 2 weeks and I'm going to need to find another job.

My current project was for consulting company doing a big website conversion project for Well Fargo bank. The question is if I mention Wells Fargo in describing my last position? Normally I haven't been mentioning any of the sites I've worked on unless I was actually an employee of the company, but maybe there's no reason not to?

There's got to be some rule of thumb for this.

I would list the consulting company you worked for as the employer, then make note of the company who you actually did the work for (Well Fargo) in the first line item desribing what you did at the consulting company.
