Quick request, somebody dial my cell so I can find it in my house

PMd

I was looking for my cell phone yesterday when I had my wife call it and it was in my HAND. I was holding my keys as well, so my brain apparently wan't paying too much attention... oh well

no land line in the house?

That is what I was thinking. We were just about to get rid of our land line when Hurricane Ike hit last year. We were the only people around that had a phone because the cell phones did not work the first day or so. I guess it was also a good thing I had a regular phone in the cabinet that did not require power.

There are laws that phone systems have to continue operation for either 48 or 72 hours after power loss with other mandated environmental protections from winds, flooding, tornado/hurricane, etc. I'll never give up my hardline.

no provisions for locusts? we keep our hardline for 911 reverse location since we have kids and wouldn't there to be an issue. it's also how we exit the matrix.
