Quick Reply with Firebird but not IE browsers ?

Tried Firebird and noticed that you get a quick reply box at the bottom of the page but not with IE type browsers why is that ?

i think it's just that you can't undock it in firebird. in ie it's undocked by default and you can click a button/link to dock it

It's undockable in IE, and you probably have it docked. In Firebird, etc., it just shows up at the bottom.

There are a ton of threads about this, though. Just search.

click the red arrow at the top right of the page in IE. Tht enables quick reply

OK I'm tired....think I will take a nap, then watch the cubs blow there shot at the world series. :) :) :)

They need to make it more obvious in the next version of fusetalk. It seems a lot of people are being confused by this.

umm it's there. when you post check "auto parse urls". it'll remain enabled even for quick reply

It's probably a ActiveX "feature". Good riddance to bad rubbish.
