quick reply problem

when i clikc on the quick reply button, it pops up and all, but when i click on the pop up my cursor gets stuck on the window and the window follows the mouse around and i can close out of it or any thing

anyone else have this problem?
 
OS: XP with SP1
Browser: IE 6

i run an athlon 1.3 with abit kt7a-raid mobo geforce2 ultra.

ummmm is that everything?
 
I cant replicate this using same os and browser as yourself, window pops up I can move it around and it stops when i let go of the mouse button. I'd say dock it, something is unique about your config somewhere
