Quick Reply only in Firefox???

I just noticed this today... when I use IE on anandtech, I don't get the textbox for quick reply but when I use firefox, its always there???

click the red arrow in the bottom right. then you can click dock to have it like it is in firefox.

In IE you have to click 'quick reply' and pin it to the page, IIRC (been months since I visited the forums w/ IE).

i actually like the floating quick reply for IE more than it being docked somewhere. This is a PITA for me to get used to as I'm trying to adjust to FF.

Can't you choose whether its docked or not docked in FF?

I use to about 2hrs ago but since I restarted I can't see it anymore?

I'm running V1 of FF.
