Quick Reply only in Firefox???

I just noticed this today... when I use IE on anandtech, I don't get the textbox for quick reply but when I use firefox, its always there??? 😕😕😕😕
 
In IE you have to click 'quick reply' and pin it to the page, IIRC (been months since I visited the forums w/ IE).
 
i actually like the floating quick reply for IE more than it being docked somewhere. This is a PITA for me to get used to as I'm trying to adjust to FF.

Can't you choose whether its docked or not docked in FF?
 
I don't see the *red quick reply arrow* anymore.

I use to about 2hrs ago but since I restarted I can't see it anymore?

I'm running V1 of FF.
