I had it then after I did a restart it is gone.

I don't see it anymore. The red quick reply button is gone from the 1st post and the last one.

I can see it in IE6 though.

Anyone else experiencing this?

The other thread in OT was LOCKED.

The mod could have said something about it or posted a link to it before he just locks it.
