Quick Reply Dock is missing.....

I was trying to type a reply in a thread. I accidentally click on "undock" or something like that. Well nothing popped up and since then it has disappeared all together.

How do I get this back? I logged in and out and even tried logging in using other computers and still no Quick Reply window at the bottom. Very odd. 🙁

Actualy it was working fine in IE7.
