Quick reply box doesn't show up in IE?

Something I noticed, I use firefox almost all the time but sometimes if I'm at a lab computer at school, or on another computer besides my own that doesn't have firefox the quick reply box doesn't show up. It just isn't there. It is there in firefox though.

Here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. Same thread, I'm logged into AT in both firefox and IE. Quick reply box is there in FF, but not IE. I have IE6 on my PC (since I don't use IE and don't like IE7 anyway) but it does the same on IE7 as well.

Any idea why this is? A little frustrating to not have it there when I'm on another PC somewhere else.

Should be in your Topic Tools.

OK I see it in there but it isn't attached to the bottom of the message like in FF, it is almost like a separate window and is in the way...
