Quick random question about a typing trick thing

I am trying to write an expression in relational algebra in open office, and I have no idea how to do the text thing where you can make something a sub note of another, like in a chemical formula like O2, where the 2 is tiny and lower.

Can anybody help me?

Select and right click, it's one of the options.

Subscript? Should be under font -formatting.

It's a 'subscript' and it should be in the font settings.
