Quick Raid question before I purchase!

One of my drives went bad on my promise S150 SX4-M controller and newegg doesn't carry the drive I had before. My current drives are 250G Sata 150, but newegg just has a 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s. Will this work in mine? The manual says any SATA drive, but I don't know if it has been updated for the newer types.

Most 3G drives have a jumper to let them run in 1.5 mode, so it should work fine. You'll lose the extra capacity of course, only can RAID using the common 250GB.
