I'm on fleeeeBay(first time, is it good and reliable?) and I am looking for Celerons, because I'm only looking to spend <$60 for a cpu/mobo.

What's the best celery and mobo combo for the poor man? Is it a 400 and bh6? What about socket 370? I want to oc, so what's best? This will be my first celery.

You may have a tough time getting there from here, for a mobo and cpu, but if you can find a BH6 / 300a slot one combo, that would be decent for the money. Make sure if you buy something there you check out the seller thoroughly. I doubt anybody is going to sell a combo that will overclock for that money. You may also find a BM6 socket 370 and ppga celeron. Raise your sites a little

I just need a workhorse. Is that a celeron? Will it processes my games well enough to play? Will it get me from clock to clock without me throwing a tantrum?

You get what you paid for.. basically a 450 celeron won't cut the newer generation of games anymore. Minimum is like a P3-550 oc/ed to 733+ on motherboard. You may wanna try to get a decent lower cost board and a C533 that can do 855 for around 120 bucks
