how do you check to see what the processes are doing on your pc? Like i have some things running and i dont know what they are doing so i would like to check.
 
Hit CRT + ALT + DEL. Click on task manager, then click on the processes tab. There you will see everything that is running
 
I usually just check Google.

For example, if I see lsass.exe under the Processes tab in task manager, I search for lsass.exe in Google. Usually the first link is something related to http://www.processlibrary.com and you can check out some info on it. After doing this multiple times you get to know which ones are OK and which seem kinda fishy.
