quick question

I am probably going to purchase an AMD X2 3800+ from mwave or another online retailer but I need an opinion on the best board to purchase. I want something that has an agp slot. That's my main concern. Out of all the searching I've only come up with one board that supports x2's, has an agp slot, and I would preferable like it to support pc3200 RAM. If you have an opinion on Gigabyte's K8U-930 (possibly ocing) or another board please let me know. Thanks!!

also, would i be better off buying an amd 64 4000+ (san diego core) or the x2 3800+

I'm using that Asrock board and like it. I'm only running a 9600xt in it though. Just can't seem to pull the trigger and update my old vid card.

yeah, i know what you mean. I don't want to get rid of my x850xt. It's really not that out-dated anyways. Any other opinions about going with the x2 over the 4000 or vice versa. Probably going to order tomorrow.

It's pretty much the only board that offers AGP +PCIe and it does both jobs well.
