quick question

I need to send a current voided check to my employer to set up direct deposit, but I have never voided a check before and need to know how to do it.

Write the word "VOID" on it in huge letters that take up most of the check.

Write VOID across the face and back in large letters. If you're worried that that won't do then also write VOID in the amount box and the sig line.

How old are you BTW? IS this your first job.

Just write Void on the top of te check and cross out the check. 🙂
