Say there are pictures of underage drinking on a website. If school officials or the law enforcement were to find these pictures, could they be used to incriminate the people in them? Also, say the place of the underage drinking in the pictures was known, would the pictures give the police probable cause to enter the house when they suspected people to be drinking? One of my teachers mentioned she was looking at my website the other day, and I have pics of my friends drinking on there...should I be worried?

Just tell them it was a pretend party.. all the contents of beer containers were thrown out and you were drinkin cola.. lol
 
I think since it's a private residence you can't really get in trouble with the law since it's not illegal for minors to be drinking if they have parental consent, and it wouldn't be worth the police's trouble to prove that you guys didn't have it. Of course if they showed up during the party and found unsupervised underage drinking then some people would probably be getting MIPs.

What? No link? 😛

Remember, school administrators in most states can do what ever they want based on any "evidence" they want. Rules that would apply to a court case do NOT apply because your are not in court.

I don't know about probable cause because such things vary from state to state. Even if there was probably cause, the police may not care as they have more important things to deal with.

It's not illegal if they have parental consent? Are you sure about that?
