When I drag windows around in Vista [between my monitors mostly], it does the outline drag where it makes a square where the window will be when you let go of the mouse. How can I change it so that it moves the actual window, instead of making an outline?
 
get to system properties, (winkey +pause)

click advanced, performance settings, check "show window contents while dragging"
