Quick Question Related to CPU-Z

Sorry, I don't know enough about this stuff...

I have a Athlon XP 2400+ and CPU-Z says it's running with a FSB of 133 and a Bus Speed of 266... this processor is 266FSB, so are those numbers right, are CPU's DDR? Anyhow, that's all I got, thanks!
