Quick question regarding X2 temps

I am currently running a 3800+ X2 in an EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra. The processor is at 2.4GHz and 1.42 volts. Running two instances of Prime and using the FTT tests I am getting load temps of 52C, and for a while it jumped to 53C. I am currently using the stock cooler untill my XP-90 comes... are these safe temps?
 
Those temps are fine, I would get worried if you were running above 60c. My 4200+ @2.618ghz 1.475v runs at 51c with dual prime95 with the stock cooler(comes with the heatpiped version).
