Quick question regarding DDR2

Haven't built a full box in a few years, last few were all P4 HT Northwood based, so they all had an 800mhz FSB, and I've always used basic DDR400 (PC3200) memory.

I'm looking into my first DDR2 based box, using an E6300 Core Duo chip. Can I go with DDR2-533, or should I go for something a bit higher end? I'm looking at the Corsair TWINX 2GB units, they're all pretty highly recommended, and I've always had great luck with Corsair parts.

Any other recommendations?

Are you planning on over clocking at all? If so, you may want to look into higher end ddr2-667 or 800 sticks.
What is your budget for the RAM alone? If you can spend up to $300, then look into some ddr2-800 with Micron D9GMX chips.
They have superior over clocking ability and are pretty much universally compatible.
If you are not over clocking, then basic ddr2-533 RAM will suffice. I have ddr2-533 corsair value select and love it.
That would be my non-over clocking recommendation.
