Quick question regarding cel633mhz-Please help

I just want to make sure with the intel celeron 633mhz if it's based on 0.18 or 0.25 micron. Either one is ok, just want to know the different? PLease help.

I believed all Cel2 above 566Mhz are 0.18u.
