quick question on starting a cleaning service.

My wife and sis-in-law want to start their own cleanign business. they have been doing 2 places for about a year now.
1'of the businesses jjust sold 1 building to another company. this new comapny asked my wife how mush they would charge.
it normally takes 7 hours per week, for this building. they did a light cleaning on tuesday, and a full cleaning on fri.
my question is what do you charge for the initial cleaning. this is an industrial shop. and they want some of the floors stripped I think. do you charge the same for the initial cleaning, more? less?
I really don't know and was hoping some ATOT'ers had some knowledge
