Quick question on SATA OEM HD Drives

Do they come with SATA cables or do I need to buy them separately?

You should have a couple with your motherboard, unless it was OEM, too. (In some cases, even then it should come with a couple if it supports SATA)

Otherwise, yes you need to buy one. The OEM drives are only the drives.

The drives don't come with cables, as Mesix said, your motherboard should come with some if it supports SATA.

I have 2 SATA drives already so I don't have any extra cables. I guess I'll just buy them.
