Quick question on Newegg and Paypal

Never paid for a Newegg product w/ paypal. Can you for instance empty out your PP (like $ 100) and then pay the rest by credit card? Was looking on the site at a glance and haven't found anything. Thanks.
 
Mine takes out what I have in paypal, then the remainder from my bank account. whatever you have setup with paypal as your secondary source is what the remaining amount will be taken from.
 
What if you don't have a secondary source? For instance. $ 300 LCD monitor. I want to empty out my PP of $ 100 and put the rest on the credit card I have on file with them.... Can it be done? I do not have the account attached to a bank account.
