Quick Question on hardware

I recently purchased the ASROCK SATA2 motherboard, as mostly everyone is farmiliar with. After recieving it, I saw something I was unfarmiliar with, the yellow slot above the Pci-e slot. The sticker on top of it said something along the lines of "slot for future CPU board." Does this mean I could somehow add another socket 939 processor by the means of a simple card add-on?
