Quick question on converting NTFS to Fat32

What's the best way to do this... burn/format/convert/install everything again or attempt to have some program like Partition Magic do this for me? And if I do burn/format, what tool can I use to convert? FDisk?

I don't think you can convert without formatting it. Unless Partition Magic can.

the reason why MS didnt do it with their convert utility is because of the security issues when you convert NTFS back to fat32...

With partion magic can I split a existing partion to create 2 different ones on the same disk without loosing data?
