Well the story is i am going to get a cell phone today from t mobile. My parents are doing a family plan. I looked at the available phones from t mobile and i really like my friend old flip phone. Its a really nice one from sprint that he no longer uses. My question is is there a way to use his old phone with t mobile such as using my sim card in his old phone?

GRRRR, guess im gonna get stuck with one of those free or cheepo phones. Thanks for the quick reply.

You can get a nice phone off ebay for under 100 bucks or sign up with a contract at one of those mom and pop shops and get a sweet phone for free.

No because Sprint phones don't have slots for the SIM cards.
The "no" answer is correct, but it's because of the fact that Sprint's network is CDMA whereas T-Mobile's network is GSM. More simply, it's like trying to run a PS2 game in an Xbox.

Yea I know that too, but the easy answer would be the sim card 😛
