Quick Question [Motherboards]

I have a quick Question:

How would I know if that MoBo supports PCI[E]? I'm not sure if it's AGP or PCI, how would I find that out?

good, the processor and video card will be able to fit into the motherboard you mentioned.

however, why sli? are you planned on getting a second video card?

your motherboard has two pci-e slots. if you are not going for another video card then don't go for that motherboard.
