Quick question: HYB39S12800CT-7.5 used for Mushkin rev 3?

If I could get a cheaper similar non-Mushkin brand using the same Infineon module, would that be the same as getting a true blue Mushkin. I hear Mushkin uses a better PCB so would that actually matter?

Sure, it's possible because Compuwiz sells the "non Mushkin" memory using the same high density Infineon chips. Performance is similar.
